Many of the applications and permits issued from the City Clerk’s office can be downloaded from this page. After downloading the form you can fill it out and return it to the Clerk’s Office in person. All of these forms are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, and can easily be printed from any computer that has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
